We are seeking a LCV Van Technician to join our Client’s Dealership in the Heathrow area.

Our Client is part of a small network of dealerships across the South East of England. They are a Family Run Dealer Group where you get the best of both worlds! – All the benefits of a Manufacturer approved Dealership, with the close-knit family friendly working environment!

Our client’s focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive management in place.
 

Our Client is offering the successful LCV Van Technician:
 

  • Up To £45,000 Basic Salary / £60,000 OTE!
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm (40 Hour Week) 
  • 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota paid as Overtime (x 1.5)
  • On-Site Parking, Family Run Commercial Vehicle Dealership
  • Both Van & Car Technicians Considered (Must Be Qualified)
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Duties of a LCV Van Technician with our Client:
 

  • Carrying out Vehicle Servicing and Repairs
  • Diagnosis and Fault-Finding
  • Completion of work assigned in a timely manner, to both company and manufacturer standards
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
  • Carry out other duties as requested

What our Client expects of their LCV Van Technicians:
 

  • Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
