Master Technician required for Main Dealer based in Nottingham
  • Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 
  • OTE: £42,000 with bonuses
  • 42 Hour Working Week: Monday - Friday, Saturdays on a rota

Key Responsibilities in this Master Technician position:
  • Find and fix problems on all types of vehicles, and carry out regular servicing and repairs.
  • Make sure jobs are done right first time, keeping customers happy.
  • Talk to customers to fully understand what issues they’re having.
  • Share repair details and fixes with technical systems.
  • Set a good example for the team by working to high standards.
  • Provide help and support to colleagues with technical advice.
  • Record video health checks on vehicles and point out any extra work needed.
Ideal Master Technician:
  • Level 3 NVQ / City and Guilds Qualification Essential (or equivalent)
  • Manufacturer Training accredited 
  • Hybrid and EV Experience 
  • Confident in diagnostics and diagnostic tools
  • Confident in meeting work deadlines
