- Location: Manchester
- Salary: From £12.50 - £15.60 per hour (DOE)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Shift/rota work, discussed at interview. Flexibility required. Overtime available.
Key Responsibilities of the Coach Builder:
- Work independently and use your initiative to meet timelines and maintain high standards
- Read engineering and fabrication drawings and work from them with minimal supervision
- Perform drilling assembly to drawings
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in all work areas, including workshops and on-site locations
- Unload deliveries and store materials in designated locations
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and quality control standards
- Ensure personal timekeeping and conduct aligns with company policies
- Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Take responsibility for planning and prioritising your workload within set timescales
- Previous experience as a vehicle bodybuilder, with expertise in fabrication and MIG welding (preferred)
- Own tools required for the role
