- Location: Southport
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible working options available
- Salary: OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped) + £2,500 welcome bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician:
- Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs to vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components for wear and damage
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical advice when required
- Liaise effectively with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Support and mentor junior team members as needed
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills with great attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to meet efficiency targets
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- MOT licence is beneficial but not essential
