We’re currently seeking a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to become a key part of our well-established aftersales team. The Service Advisor Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process
- Communicate clearly with both customers and the workshop
- Upsell service packages and additional work where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer expectations
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer background preferred)
- A friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience

- Monday to Friday only – no weekends
