Vehicle Technician Needed in Warwickshire
  • Location: Bromsgrove
  • Salary: Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience
  • OTE: Potential to earn circa £40,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 :00am - 5:30pm (no weekends)
Our client, a well-established and reputable Main Dealer Group, is expanding and looking for a Technician. They are open to considering Level 2 or 3 qualified Vehicle Technicians, including those without Main Dealer experience, who are eager to progress with a manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out routine vehicle service and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear, and documenting all findings.
  • Test potentially faulty parts, diagnosing any issues, and resolving faults.
  • Support internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars, or loan vehicles.
  • Work closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
  • Able to complete heavy repairs effectively and efficiently - Engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts etc.
Requirements as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 2 or 3 qualified candidates.
  • Technicians without Main Dealer experience who are looking to progress with a manufacturer are welcome.
  • High standards of vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
