Part-Time Sales Administrator Required for Automotive Business
  • Location: Guildford, Surrey
  • Hours: 24 per week – choose between 3 full days or mornings 5 days per week
  • Salary: £30,000 pro rata (Full-Time Equivalent)
Our client, a well-established and reputable Car Dealership business in Guildford, is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis to fulfil at 24 hour a week requirement for their administration and accounts team based in Guildford, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Sales Administration: Accurately process all documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Stock Management: Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle stock, ensuring all details are correctly logged in internal systems.
  • Coordinating Deliveries: Schedule and track vehicle deliveries, working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Customer & Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and suppliers regarding orders, invoices, and vehicle registrations.
  • System Updates & Reporting: Update internal databases, prepare reports, and assist with general record-keeping.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with paperwork, invoicing, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Who Our Car Dealer Client is Looking For:
  • Previous Motor Trade experience in a Sales Administration role is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Competence in using CRM systems such as Kerridge or Pinnacle and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.
