We’re recruiting for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join a busy and professional main dealership in the Newry area. This is an ideal role for someone with automotive front-of-house experience who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and is driven by delivering excellent customer care.

Key Benefits for the Service Advisor:
  • Annual Equivalent Salary: Up to £31,193 
  • Monthly Team Bonus: Up to £5,400 annually
  • Uncapped Commissions on Service Plans, Extended Warranties, Roadside Recovery
  • Realistic Total Package OTE: £37,000+

The Role of a Service Advisor:
  • Acting as the key liaison between the customer and workshop
  • Managing service bookings, quotations, and job progress updates
  • Promoting value-added products and services
  • Upselling service plans, warranties, and recovery packages
  • Processing job cards, invoicing, and general admin duties
  • Delivering a seamless customer experience from check-in to handover
The Ideal Service Advisor:
  • Experience in a main dealer or automotive aftersales environment
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy, team-based role
  • Commercially aware with a sales mindset
  • Strong admin and IT proficiency
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Full Right to Work in the UK is essential – sponsorship is not available
