- Starting salary up to £18 per hour (negotiable based on experience and current earnings) plus annual bonus (potentially up to £10,000 per annum).

Reporting to the Business Owners and working alongside a service reception team, your key responsibilities as a Workshop Foreman/Manager will include:
- Managing a team of 3/4 Vehicle Technicians and their schedules.
- Assisting in the workshop in a Vehicle Technician's absence or if there's a complex technical issue with a vehicle.
- Monitor the workshop and keep customers informed of their vehicle's progress.
- Sourcing and supplying parts.
- Opening and closing the business.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork, including returns/credits and MOT administration.
- Helping cover the service desk in the receptionist's absence.
- Going through work to be carried out on customers' vehicles and pricing the work accordingly.
- Other general ad-hoc duties when required.
