  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + OTE up to £45,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturdays: Rota basis, paid at time and a half
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester looking for your next opportunity in the Guildford area? As a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are maintained, repaired, and tested to the highest standards. You’ll carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations and handle a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic tasks within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Class 4 MOT Tests to DVSA standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of makes and models
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
  • Complete repairs including engine, suspension, brake, and exhaust work
  • Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues accurately
  • Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
  • Current MOT Tester Licence (Class 4) – essential
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
