What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee operations for a large fleet contract using the 1link platform, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and motivate a team of 5 vehicle technicians and MOT testers to drive profitability and maintain high standards on customer vehicles - all make and models.
- Update and maintain the internal CRM system to keep operations organised and customer records up to date.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business, building on the garage’s strong reputation and client base.
- Ensure top-quality service that keeps customers happy and vehicles road-ready.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Skills: Strong leadership and organisational skills with experience in automotive service management. Knowledge of 1link or similar fleet management systems is a big plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced garage environment, managing teams, and driving profitability.
- Drive: A full UK/EU driving licence and a proactive attitude to lead by example and pitch in where needed.
- Passion: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for growing a business and delivering exceptional service.
- Bonus Points: Experience with CRM systems and a knack for business development are highly desirable
