What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all service customer
- Booking in vehicles for servicing and repair
- Providing updates and advice on required work, timescales, and costs
- Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure a smooth service experience
- Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships
