Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to be the face of a respected main dealership in Ipswich? We’re looking for a driven and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team, supporting customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for service customers
  • Managing service bookings and workshop schedules
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Coordinating with the service and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Working towards monthly performance targets with bonus opportunities
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or service advisor role (automotive preferred)
  • A confident communicator with excellent people skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Comfortable using dealership systems and Microsoft Office
