A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Part-Time Aftersales Advisor for our client's business near York.
In the role of Aftersales Advisor, you will work alongside the management and the workshop team, and you will be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will deal with the service and parts areas of the business, liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, carry out upselling of additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle. You will also be helping to look after the day-to-day running of the client's office.
The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Current/recent experience as an Aftersales Advisor or similar within an automotive aftersales business such as a franchise approved car dealer, service centre/garage, or accident repair centre is one route into our client.
Our client would also like to hear from people looking for a step up, those in the parts department, and technicians looking for a role off the tools. If you have customer service skills and the right personality, this will be a great role for you.
