- Hours: Part-Time (Flexible Days & Hours)
This is a dual-position offering a dynamic mix of both Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator responsibilities, providing variety in your day-to-day and the chance to develop across two core areas of the dealership.
You’ll be:
- Supporting customers throughout their service journey
- Managing bookings, updates, and service follow-ups
- Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately
- Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with brand warranty processes
- Previous experience in a Service or Warranty role (ideally both)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Organised and able to multi-task effectively
