Our Client, a Prestige Main Dealership in Heathrow is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor to join their busy workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well established site and to work within a friendly team.

The successful Senior Vehicle Technician must be an experienced Technician and capable of running a workshop and supporting other Vehicle Technicians. A level of responsibility is required so skillset must match this.
 

What our Client offers the successful Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor:
 

  • £41,600 Basic Salary / £46,000 OTE
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 In 4 Saturdays
  • 70% Hands On Senior Technician Work / 30% Workshop Supervisor In Charge Of Technicians
  • Prestige Main Car Dealership Environment
  • 23 Days Holiday + Birthday Off 
  • Unique Role For Technician Looking For Step Up & More Responsibility

Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor with our Client:
 

  • Carrying out Diagnostics
  • Workshop supervisor duties - checking efficiencies of technicians
  • Quality control checks
  • Undertaking Vehicle Road Tests
  • Working to Company Guidelines
  • Carry out other duties as requested
  • Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times

What our Client expects of the successful Senior Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor:
 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Similar Role
  • Proven record of excellent customer service skills
  • Time Management
  • A working history within the Automotive Sector
  • Excellent customer service skills to upkeep their fantastic reputation
  • Qualified / Experienced Technician required 
  • MOT Tester Licence desirable 
  • Driving Licence Essential
