- Drive performance and streamline aftersales processes to boost efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a consistent and seamless customer journey.
- Proven track record in a senior Aftersales leadership role within the motor trade.
- Excellent knowledge of warranty procedures and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to managing performance and spend.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
