- Position: Service Advisor

- Basic Salary: £28,500
- OTE: £34,000+
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm
As a member of the service team, you’ll not only support the growth and success of your branch ensuring value is added with every customer interaction; but you’ll also be the face of aftersales customer experience, always promoting the highest standards within the retail motor industry.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, both in-person and via the phone.
- Maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.
- Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding parts, vehicle sales and repairs.
- Liaise with technicians about vehicle statuses and ensure vehicles will be ready on time
- Oversee the entire customer journey from initiation to completion.
- Execute administrative tasks, following correct procedure.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably within a main dealership setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
