- Full-Time – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Team Size: 2 Sales & Service Advisor; 1 Towbar & Service Technician
This is the ideal opportunity for someone coming from either an automotive background, or you might come from another supervisor role at companies in sectors such as trade supply, retail, warehousing, or anywhere where you have the applicable skills.

- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
- Lead, support, and coordinate a small on-site team
- Deliver excellent face-to-face and telephone-based customer service
- Maximise branch sales and profitability within set pricing and margin guidelines
- Oversee stock control, product displays, and ensure a clean, professional environment
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve performance targets
- Maintain security of stock and premises, including keyholder responsibilities
- Assist with deliveries, local collections, and branch logistics when required
- Operate forklift equipment for stock handling (training provided if needed)
- Contribute to staff training, development, and motivation
- Previous experience in a supervisory, parts, retail, or service-based role
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Full UK driving licence (with towing entitlement preferred)
- Forklift experience is a bonus, but not essential
