This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong communication skills, and a solid background in automotive aftersales.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Manage service and repair bookings efficiently and professionally
- Provide clear and accurate Vehicle estimates in line with company pricing and policy
- Liaise effectively with Technicians to ensure clear communication of customer concerns
- Keep customers fully informed on the progress of their vehicles
- Deliver a seamless experience from initial enquiry to post-service follow-up
- Maximise workshop capacity in coordination with Service Manager and Workshop Controller
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and solution-focused manner
- Maintain the highest presentation standards across the service department.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor in the motor trade (Ideally within the VAG group)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence
- A proactive and approachable attitude
- A full and valid UK driving Licence.
