Vehicle Sales Executive Required Location: Guildford, Surrey
  • Salary: Basic circa £18,500 / Uncapped OTE of £55,000
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 5.5 Day working week, no Sundays! 
Our client, a successful Vehicle Dealership based near Guildford, is looking to recruit a Vehicle Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is motivated by success and enjoys working in a fast paced and customer-centric environment.

About the Role: As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of new and used vehicles. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a blend of professionalism, customer service, and a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Our client would look at entry level Sales people wanting to start a rewarding career in the Automotive industry! 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the full vehicle range, including specifications, pricing, and finance options.
  • Follow the structured sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
  • Proactively prospect and follow up on all leads and inquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Conduct professional vehicle appraisals and accurately record vehicle details.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including finance proposals and documentation.
  • Participate in dealership events and promotions to generate customer interest.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a similar sales environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
