  • Salary: Up to £39,000 (Basic) + Bonus (KPI-based)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends required infrequently for cover purposes)

About the Role:

We’re delighted to be working with a franchise brand in Ipswich, known for its excellence and reputation in the industry. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of their service department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in service management, who is looking for a rewarding role with a well-established brand. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £39,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure linked to KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and leading a team of service staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Overseeing daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs and service targets.
  • Ensuring a smooth workflow, with attention to the scheduling of jobs, stock control, and customer communication.
  • Handling customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Managing resources, training, and development of staff to maintain high standards.
  • Reporting to senior management on performance and suggesting improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a service management role, ideally within a franchise or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driving license.
