- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (NO WEEKENDS)
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience, up to £34,000p/a

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and enquiries.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options.
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high standards.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, quotations, and order tracking.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
What We’re Looking For in a Service Advisor?
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in an independent, main dealer, or car supermarket environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a keen desire to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work well in a small, close-knit team.
• A full UK driving licence.
