Are you a people person with excellent organisational skills? We're looking for a confident, friendly, and professional Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy dealership in Ilminster.
About the Role:
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of our business.
In addition to traditional reception duties, you’ll also support our sales team with essential sales administration tasks, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and care
Assisting with processing sales paperwork and documentation
Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
General administrative support as required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role (preferred)
Strong administrative and IT skills
A positive, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
