Our client, a leading franchised car dealership, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician with a passion for automotive excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs. This role is perfect for an experienced technician with their own tools—no juniors or trainees—ready to thrive in a professional, brand-backed environment.

Join a premier franchised dealership, family-run with over 100 staff across 6 locations in Surrey and Kent. At the core of their business is a dedication to their team, ensuring top-tier service for customers through partnerships with leading automotive brands.

Key Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or qualified through experience (formal qualifications not mandatory)
  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Own tools required
  • Eagerness to engage in manufacturer-specific training (3-month probation before starting formal training to become brand qualified)
  • Dedication to outstanding customer service with a “fix first time” mindset
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, with a proactive attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and coordinate seamlessly within a team
What’s on Offer:
  • £34,000 - £36,000 basic salary, rising to £38,000 - £40,000 including Saturdays (one-in-three Saturdays worked)

Hours:
