- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm + Saturday rota (8:00am – 1:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Service Advisor:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage service bookings, maintain appointment schedules, and update customers on progress.
- Provide accurate quotes and timelines for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth job flow.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates, vehicle health checks, and additional work recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and accessories where suitable.
- Handle parts ordering and job pricing.
- Keep detailed and accurate service records and customer data.
- Experience in a Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong customer care focus with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Confidence using automotive systems and databases (experience with parts and pricing advantageous).
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, or MOT processes is preferred but not essential
- £30,000 – £38,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
