  • Starting salary at £28,500 plus bonus providing a potential on-target earnings of around £32,000. 
  • 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm.

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced Parts Supervisor at our client's luxury approved used car dealership situated in Cheltenham. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, as a Parts Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the efficient running of the Parts Department, ensuring customers are served in a polite and responsible manner, and Vehicle Technicians are served as quickly and accurately as possible with the correct parts. 

To be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience within a franchise approved automotive car dealership You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system (Kerridge experience would be very beneficial), hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner. You will have a passion for the luxury vehicle industry, and be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands our client works with.
