- Hours: 08:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (08:00 - 13:00)
- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 Basic (depending on experience) with £34,000 - £37,000 OTE (including performance bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and update job cards with precision to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups promptly via phone, email, and in-person, delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain the service department loading system, scheduling jobs efficiently to align with workshop capacity and technician availability.
- Ensure all documentation complies with manufacturer standards and internal processes, maintaining accuracy at all times.
- Coordinate loan vehicle administration, including handover and return, ensuring clear communication with customers.
- Explain completed work to customers, ensuring full understanding and authorisation of services performed.
- Collaborate with the service team to support seamless operations and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining safe working practices and compliance with dealership policies.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for vehicle handling and test drives when required).
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle queries professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT, including proficiency with service management software (experience with systems like Pinnacle or Kerridge is a plus).
- Previous experience in automotive service administration or a similar role is preferred but not essential; candidates with strong administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
