  • Basic Salary up to £51,480 Depending on experience for a 45 hour week + £58k (uncapped) bonus and other benefits

A well-established accident repair centre based in Plymouth is seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs following accidents, working across various aspects of the Bodyshop including panel beating, welding, paint preparation, and finishing.

The role requires someone with proven experience in accident repair, capable of handling multiple repair tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The technician will work closely with colleagues to ensure vehicles are restored to manufacturer standards and returned to customers in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:
  • repairing damaged panels
  • welding components
  • preparing vehicles for paintingand assisting with finishing processes
The ideal candidate will be confident in reading repair manuals and working within a team to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety standards.
