Paint Sprayer Needed in Ballymoney:
  • Basic Salary up to £32,000 DOE
  • OTE Available-£35,000
  • Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy, professional bodyshop in Ballymoney. This role offers a competitive salary, achievable bonus, and excellent company benefits, along with the potential for visa sponsorship depending on experience.

Your Duties as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
  • Mix and match paints to the correct colour codes
  • Apply paint efficiently to a high-quality finish using spray equipment
  • Carry out post-paint polishing and finishing to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work to deadlines while ensuring high standards are consistently met
What will be needed from you as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for colour matching
  • Knowledge of water-based and solvent-based paint systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Relevant qualifications (IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds) desirable
