What’s in it for you as a Corporate Sales Administrator?

- Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)

- Print all daily invoices from the manufacturer’s system and upload to the internal system
- Liaise with the Corporate Sales team and vehicle supply to process vehicle orders in line with sales orders
- Update corporate customers weekly with the status of all orders via relevant portals or email
- Upload delivery notes, RAVs, and required documentation to Ideal File
- Complete pre-delivery administration (e.g., vehicle registration via RAV)
- Liaise daily with other departments on work or accessories required
- Co-ordinate with corporate support on vehicles needing PDI and cleaning prior to delivery
- Complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included
- Maintain and update the order bank spreadsheet daily
- Arrange deliveries once vehicles arrive in stock, liaising with delivery agents
- Send brokers/leasing companies required delivery notes, RAVs and invoices daily
- Provide data input for dealership financial reporting and database management
- Maintain positive working relationships across the group
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required
What our client expects of their Corporate Sales Administrator:
- Strong administration skills
- Motor trade administration experience desirable, but not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using internal systems
