  • Salary: Circa £50,000 (Negotiable) + Profit Related Bonus + Car Allowance, OTE £55,000
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No Weekends)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join a leading national accident repair company in Brackley. This business has an outstanding reputation in the sector and continues to invest in its modern and well-equipped facilities.

The Bodyshop Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site. This includes managing a team of productive and non-productive staff, ensuring workshop efficiency, maintaining high repair standards, and driving performance across the business.
