Business Manager required in Gloucester.
  • SALARY: £25,000 basic salary plus performance-related commission with a £42,500+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
  • HOURS: Mon to Sat with one scheduled day off in the week and one in two Sundays.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Business Manager within our client’s franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester.
 
As a Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Oversee the sales team through the vehicle sales process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and provide detailed information about pricing, specifications, and financing options to customers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and finalise vehicle purchases, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation and contracts.
  • Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
To be eligible, you will ideally have similar business management/sales controller experience within a franchise-approved dealer environment, be FCA accredited, and have a comprehensive understanding of financial legislation. You will need to have a desire to produce results, be a strong team leader, have a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company and the manufacturer. You will need to be brand-focused, capable of working independently and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential at this stage.
 
For your hard work as a Business Manager, our client is offering:
  • £25,000 basic salary plus performance-related commission with a £42,500+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
  • Personal company car.
  • 31 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it), with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.
