- Basic salary up to £40,000 - £45,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop and ensuring efficient workflow
- Managing and supporting a team of technicians to meet performance targets
- Allocating jobs effectively to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction
- Liaising with service advisors and other departments to ensure clear communication
- Monitoring job progress, maintaining quality control, and ensuring health & safety standards are met
- Supporting the development and training of workshop staff
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician within the motor trade
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Full UK driving licence
