- Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE upwards of £52,000

The successful Paint Sprayer will get:

- Carry out to a correct and safe standard, preparation for paint spraying and polishing post spray of the customer's vehicle.
- Keep an accurate account of hours worked, materials used and work completed on each vehicle.
- Prepare and refinish Vehicle Body surfaces and alloy wheels.
- Maintain all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical tools and equipment used in the course of the work.
- Communicate in a polite and effective manner.
- An ATA/NVQ level 3 qualification preferred.
- A full UK drivers license.
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- The ability to maintain quality under pressure.
- The ability to use specialist equipment.
- A good eye for detail and colour
