Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 Basic DOE + £7,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, 1-hour lunch break, Saturday mornings on a rota
Are you an experienced Service Advisor or Garage Manager with a passion for exceptional customer service? Join our client’s family-run Service & MOT Centre in Fleet, Hampshire, specialising in cars, vans, and more. Our client welcomes applications from experienced Garage Managers or Service Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or repairs, maximising customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- If Service Manager: drive profitability, manage supplier and stakeholder relationships, ensure the smooth running of the Garage
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Garage Manager in an automotive setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is desirable.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £37,000 basic depending on job role + £6,000 OTE annual bonuses.
