- Basic Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £50,000+ (Top Performers £60,000)
- Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week
- Monday to Friday 10am-7pm Saturdays 10am-6pm Sundays 10am-4pm

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executives:
- Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience.
- Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Arrange test drives and present value-added products confidently.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment).
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven individual with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented approach.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- FCA accredited or willing to undergo training.
- Basic salary of £28,000 with uncapped commission
- Realistic OTE of £50,000+ (Top earners achieving £60,000+)
