- Conduct and participate in the Sales Executive performance management process in collaboration with the Sales Manager, including monthly and annual performance reviews, induction, and personal development support.
- You will ideally live within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Gloucester and have strong recent experience as a Business Manager or at a similar or higher level within a franchise-approved car dealership.
- Our client is also open to considering Car Sales Executives looking to take the next step in their career provided they have several years of experience in car sales, a strong F&I track record, and ideally some previous supervisory experience.
