Vehicle Service Advisor Required, in the South Wiltshire region.
  • Starting salary between £30-35,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
  • 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday. Either 8:00am-5:30pm or 8:30am-6:00pm.
  • Opportunity to work with a family-run local business operating since 2003. 
A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's independent Automotive Service Centre in the South Wiltshire region.

As a Vehicle Service Advisor you will:
  • Be a constant primary Front of Desk.
  • Be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles for service, maintenance or repair work.
  • You will greet customers in the Service Department
  • Extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress
  • Keep customers informed of progress
  • Source and supply Parts for the Workshop team, and carry out, where possible, upselling of additional products and services.  
To be eligible you will:
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance of the South Wiltshire region (for example, the business is easily commutable from Andover, Salisbury, Marlborough or Devizes) 
  • Able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction.
  • Very strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy, would be of high priority.
  • Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar role within another automotive business is required at this stage.
