Are you an experienced Prepper/Painter looking to take the next step in your career?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and family-run commercial vehicle operation with decades of industry experience. You’ll be working in a professional bodyshop environment where quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Commercial Bodyshop Prepper / Painter:
  • Prepping and painting commercial vehicles, including both accident-damaged and new stock
  • Working confidently across various vehicle sizes, including vans and larger commercial units
  • Carrying out masking, priming, prepping, painting, and polishing to a high standard
  • Using both waterborne and 2K paint systems
  • Collaborating with workshop staff to ensure smooth job progression and customer communication.
What We're Looking For as a Bodyshop Prepper:.
  • Previous experience in a vehicle painting/prepping role (commercial experience preferred)
  • Ability to work on a wide range of vehicle types and sizes
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
