- Independent Business – Belfast Region
- Basic Salary up to £24,205 + Bonus (OTE up to £30,925)
- Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, over the phone, and by email.
- Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and related workshop services.
- Ensure stock is correctly received, displayed, and well presented to maximise sales opportunities.
- Support the workshop team with workflow coordination and timely updates.
- Handle cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain administration and filing systems to company standards.
- Uphold Health & Safety practices and ensure a tidy and professional working environment.
- Previous experience in a sales, service, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sales transactions and basic administration confidently.
- A proactive approach to customer care and sales.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Forklift licence desirable, but training can be provided.
- Basic Salary £24,205 per annum
- Bonus potential up to £560 per month (OTE £30,925)
- Monday to Friday working – no weekends!
