  • Salary: £32K Basic, £38K Realistic OTE (Customer Satisfaction & Upsell)

Our client, a respected Franchised Car Dealership in Weybridge, Surrey, seeks an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join their dedicated Aftersales team. This role offers career growth and a varied work environment where each day brings new challenges.

About the Role:
  • Join a thriving Franchised Main Car Dealership Group.
  • Work alongside Vehicle Service Advisors, connecting customers with the Automotive Workshop.
  • Greet clients, track work-in-progress, update customers, and obtain authorisation for additional work.

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and management.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems (e.g., CRM or booking software).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing processes and basic automotive technical terminology.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
