- Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and management.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (e.g., CRM or booking software).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
