We’re working with a well-established and respected Main Dealer in Bury St Edmunds, representing a fantastic automotive brand. They are now looking to expand their front-of-house team with a customer-focused Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering top-tier service.

What you’ll be doing as a Service Advisor?:
  • Acting as the key point of contact for service customers, from initial booking to vehicle handover
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth communication and timely updates
  • Upselling additional work where appropriate and explaining repairs in a clear and honest way
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction and retention
What we’re looking for?:
  • Experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer experience preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised, and positive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence
