Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
  • Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain stock levels and order parts efficiently
  • Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Work closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
What we’re looking for in a Parts Advisor: 
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade (main dealer experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
