Key Responsibilities As Service Manager, you will:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
  • Implement and maintain processes that ensure customer satisfaction exceeds national averages.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs in line with business targets while upholding quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer data in line with group standards.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer requirements at all times.
  • Foster a safe, professional working environment.
  • Regularly monitor and review colleague performance.
The ideal candidate will bring:
