- Basic Salary £25,000 with OTE of £55,000
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00
- Day off in the Week
- 1/3 Sundays
- Company car
The successful Car Sales Executive will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial enquiry to handover. They will deliver a first-class service that reflects the values of the brand, while consistently meeting performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable vehicle options
- Conducting test drives and demonstrating product features
- Managing the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Be experienced in Sales or Customer Service (Not necessarily the motor trade)
- Be confident, well-presented, and highly personable
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be target-driven with a proactive approach to generating new business
- Hold a full UK driving licence
