We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our clients vibrant team in Southampton. In this key position, you'll ensure customer needs are met efficiently while driving growth through proactive sales and excellent service. What You Need to Succeed as a Parts Advisor:
  • Experience or technical qualification in vehicle parts
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail for accurate parts processing and stock management
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency with computers and online systems
  • Ability to quickly absorb information and respond professionally
Requirements for this Parts Advisor role:
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and parts catalogues
  • Previous experience in an automotive or dealership parts role
  • Familiarity with stock control and inventory processes
  • Experience in a similar parts advisory or automotive retail position
  • Technical qualifications relating to vehicle parts (optional but advantageous)
