  • Up to £37,000 Basic salary, OTE of £52,000
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30 - 12:30pm.

As a Service Technician and MOT Tester, you’ll be a key part of our Clients workshop team, ensuring vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards. Your day will involve a mix of technical work, customer interaction, and teamwork, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities as an MOT Technician:
  • Perform vehicle services and repairs to brand technical standards.
  • Adhere to dealership processes and procedures.
  • Communicate directly with customers when needed, providing updates and advice.
  • Support and mentor less experienced colleagues.
  • Keep up-to-date with regular training to enhance your technical skills.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
What Our Client is Looking For in an MOT Technician:
  • Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a franchise dealership environment.
  • Strong fault diagnosis skills and a valid MOT Tester qualification.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
