We are working with a successful Main Dealer in Bury St Edmunds who are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their team.

As a parts Advisor, your duties will consist of:
  • Supplying parts to both customers and technicians
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring accuracy in orders
  • Building strong relationships with customers and the workshop team
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
The Ideal Parts Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade (Main Dealer experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • A proactive and customer-first approach
