Commercial Service Administrator Needed in Manchester
  • Location: Manchester 
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible hours, no weekends
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 basic
Our client, a well-established main dealer group, is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Service Administrator:
  • Manage invoicing processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Support the service department with administration and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and customer service.
  • Assist in the restructuring and development of the service admin office.
What We’re Looking For in a Commercial Service Administrator:
  • Previous main dealer experience, ideally with Kerridge system knowledge.
  • Strong background in service administration, invoicing, and warranty claims.
  • Commercial vehicle experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
